01 General Terms

By accessing or starting to use the zbz9 platform, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms govern the legal relationship between zbz9 and all of its members. The term "platform" as used here refers to the zbz9.lat website and all of its associated services. The term "member" refers to a registered user.

zbz9 is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and responsible gaming environment. Our platform operates using SSL encryption and follows fair play principles.

02 Account Registration

Creating an active account on zbz9 is mandatory for every member. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Registration requirements:

• Only one account may be created per individual. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Your real name, address, mobile number, and date of birth must be provided accurately at the time of registration.
• The payment method must be owned by the member — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts registered in someone else's name may not be used.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to third parties.

zbz9 reserves the right to verify information at any time. If information is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

03 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

zbz9 is a 21+ age platform. Only individuals aged 21 or older may create an account and play games here. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.

Identity verification process:

• A member's National Identity Card (NID) or passport may be requested for verification.
• Additional information may be requested at the time of a withdrawal request or in the event of a security concern.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Provided identity information is stored with strict confidentiality.

04 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your zbz9 account login details — your username and password — completely confidential. Never share this information with anyone.

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• zbz9 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from the use of your account by a third party.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zbz9 are completed through secure and encrypted channels. We support only the popular mobile financial services available in Bangladesh.

Accepted payment methods:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — only these four methods are accepted.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• The payment account must be in the name of the registered member.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Keep a unique transaction ID for each deposit.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus winnings (see Section 6).
• zbz9 reserves the right to place large withdrawal amounts on hold until verification is complete.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

zbz9 offers bonus deals to its members. Each bonus is granted under specific terms, and fulfilling those terms is a prerequisite for withdrawing bonus winnings.

Welcome bonus:

• A 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,500.
• Another example: deposit ৳28,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total ৳48,000.

Wagering requirements:

• A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not combined with the deposit.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 in bets required before withdrawing bonus winnings.

General bonus policy:

• A bonus can be received only once per account.
• Bonus abuse (multiple accounts or false information) is subject to penalty.
• zbz9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Applicable bonuses will always be available after logging into the account.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

zbz9 provides various gaming services including slots, casino, and sports betting. Each game category has its own rules, which are detailed on the game page.

General gaming principles:

• All gaming is conducted on the basis of fair play principles.
• Any bet may be voided due to a technical error or interruption — in such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.
• The list of approved events and markets in sports betting is subject to change.
• Any bet placed taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds or a technical error will be considered void.
• For live casino games, the rules of various providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi apply.

Sports betting:

• Bets can be placed on popular sports including cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup, BPL, ICC), football (FIFA), and kabaddi.
• If a match is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over the result of any match, the official result will be considered final.

08 Prohibited Activities

To protect the integrity of the zbz9 platform and the interests of all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Attempting to hack another member's account.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing other members or using inappropriate language.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be confiscated.

09 Account Closure & Termination

zbz9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts are generally closed for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false identity information.
• Suspicious or unauthorized financial activity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Creating a security threat.

Closing your account yourself:

If you wish to close your own account, contact us at [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

10 Responsible Gaming

zbz9 believes that gaming is entertainment — not a means of income. We encourage all our members to play responsibly. This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only.

• Do not bet beyond your means.
• Avoid placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost.

• The platform name or logo may not be used for commercial purposes.
• The intellectual property of third-party game providers is governed by their own respective policies.

12 Limitation of Liability

zbz9 is committed to providing uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is not completed due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
• If services from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are disrupted.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, government directives, and similar circumstances.
• If a member shares their login credentials with someone else or fails to follow security guidelines.

Any claim or complaint must be submitted within a maximum of 90 days; claims made after that period may not be accepted.
